My role with Northumberland Sport is to coordinate the development of Netball across the County.  My main areas of work involve:

  • attracting new players and introducing them to clubs. 
  • helping clubs with their own development of players, coaches, umpires and officials. 
  • Identifying talented players and encouraging them to move onto the talented players pathway programme.
  • Co-ordinating leagues and competition for Northumberland's Junior Clubs.
