Alnwick invites you to join their 'Young at Heart Day'

Leisure Alnwick and the Northumberland Care Trust have teamed to provide opportunities for older people to try out a number of activities at Willowburn Sports & Leisure Centre, Alnwick on Friday 18th

May 2007.

Northumberland Sport believes this is an excellent opportunity for local people to explore alternative methods for leading healthier lifestyles via advice from professional health, leisure and welfare staff and public displays.

Activities have been selected that will cater for mixed abilities, which are also available locally, to encourage continuation after the event. The day is free of charge and a light buffet lunch will be available.
