Berwick Walking Festival
This festival will be taking place on Friday 28th May and will run until Sunday 30th May. This walking festival will consist of about 2 walks each day around the Berwick area with the majority of walks being lead by a qualified walk leader (including Walk Northumbria and Berwick Ramblers). The festival programme is as follows:
Friday 28th May
Medieval Defences of Berwick (Lead by Jim Herbert – Berwick Historical Society)
Berwickshire Coast to Eyemouth (Lead by Berwick Ramblers)
Cateran Hole – Hepburn Wood (Lead by Walk Northumbria)
Saturday 29th May
Belford – St Cuthbert’s Cave (Lead by Belford Walking Group)
Kings and Kilts – Kirknewton (Lead by Walk Northumbria)
Sunday 30th May
Heatherslaw Railway – Etal courtesy of Ford and Etal Estates (Self Guided)
