New BMX Track Official Opening Event

Friends of Gallagher Park are organising a big launch event for the new BMX Track at Gallagher Park in Bedlington on 12th March 2011.

British BMX Champion Kelvin Batey will officially open the track and will also be doing some coaching on the day.  Other attractions on the day include;

- BMX races for all ages

- BMX stunt team giving demonstrations and coaching

- Combat laser

- Children's fun fair and stalls

- Finale fireworks display
