Wallington 10K

Wallington10k

The Wallington 10k on 12th September 2010 will be one of the most scenic road races in the country.  The event has been planned to start and finish at the historic House.

The race itself will pass the river Wansbeck, through the heart of Northumberland to Scots Gap and Cambo returning on a mile long downhill stretch to finish under the Clock Tower at Walilngton.

It is hoped the event will attract 350 runners with an additional 100 runners for the family fun day.

The National Trust have generously added the attraction of free access to the grounds and the walled gardens at Wallington makes it a great day out for all the family after the race.
