Sport is brilliant – it gives you the opportunity to make new friends, keep healthy, try out new activities and amaze yourself with what you can do!

It's easy to fit physical activities into your daily routine. Walk, bike or jog to see friends, take a 10-minute activity break every hour, climb stairs instead of taking the lift!

If you would like to try out a new sport, why not contact your local sports club and see whats on offer? Also find out if there are any out of school activity clubs at your school. There are loads of different types of sports and physical activity, so try someting different!
