People's inactivity is a serious problem with more and more people becoming obese. Being more active, more regularly will make a difference to your quality of life and the benefits will soon become obvious. Remember - you're never too old or too unfit to start doing something active!
It only takes 30 minutes, 3 times a week to dramatically improve your health and happiness. For children this amount is 60 minutes every day.
