The Berwick and District Club Forum (previously Active Berwick) will be hosting their annual Sports Awards Evening on 24^th February 2012 at Berwick Rugby Club. The evening will be a celebration of sporting achievements in 2011 of sports men, women and clubs from across the Berwick District. Olympic gymnast and Commonwealth Gold Medalist Craig Heap will be compering the awards evening.

The catergories are as follows:

Sports Personality of the Year
Volunteer of the year
Team of the Year
Coach of the Year
Performance of the Year
Disabled Athlete of the Year
Junior Sports Achievement (either individual or team)
Support to sport and physical activity (long term support)
