Healthy Walks

Walkers

The CARAD Health Walks (Communities of Alnwick, Rothbury, Amble and Druridge) offer guided walks, information, support and encouragement to complete beginners and existing walkers. All walks are led by trained Volunteer Walk Leaders who offer a friendly welcome to anyone wanting to join in. Walks are free, just turn up wearing comfortable shoes and appropriate outdoor clothing.

Bring some change for a cup of tea at the end of the walk!
