Young at Heart 2011

Active Alnwick are pleased to promote the 7th annual Young at Heart Event which will be held on Tuesday 17th May, 2011.

The event will take place at Willowburn Sports and Leisure Centre, Alnwick from 9:30am to 2:00pm.

The event is free of charge and offers adults of all abilities the opportunity to take part in various activities and browse useful information displays. Activities available this year will include Nordic Walking, Zumba and Aqua Yoga.

Refreshments and lunch, provided by the Women's Institute, can be bought on the day.
