On May 17th at 12 o’clock Liam Holborn will undertake a gruelling challenge to raise money for haematology and oncology ward 2 at the royal hospital for sick children - Edinburgh and the schiehallion unit at the royal hospital for sick children - Yorkhill, Glasgow.

Liam will spar for 100 minutes non stop against 10 men in 2 minute rotation. If you would like to spectate on the day make sure you’re their early to gain the best seats possible.

Liam is being supported by numerous local businesses which include The Barrels, Borderline Tattoo Collective, FX Gym, The Swan Centre for Leisure, Green Shop, Market Shop, Computer Games Exchange, MKM, Plumb Centre, Eyemouth Leisure Centre and The Retreat.

Liam is a Mixed Martial Artist and is already holding titles at a national level. Liam is one of Berwick’s top all round athletes and is giving the sport of MMA a profile in Berwick. Liam can often been seen training on a Friday at 6:00pm at the Swan Centre For Leisure.
