International yoga teacher Jeff Phenix visits the North East for the first time with a weekend of yoga to re-energise and de-stress for 2010. Sessions will include dynamic yoga practice, passive yin and restorative yoga, working with the breath and deep guided relaxation and meditation.
A delicious light lunch with fresh locally sourced food is included. Cost - £80 for both days, £45 for one.
