The BBC North East and Cumbria Sports Awards are upon us again and the judging panel want your suggestions for worthy winners.

There are several categories in which you can vote by downloading the nomination form. These include Sports Personality of the Year, Disability Sports Person of the Year and Team of the Year.

Closing date for nominations is Friday 5 November 2010.
