The Young Leaders at their Induction

The Northumberland Sport Young Leaders Team recently supported the Salomon Kielder Marathon, Red Spotted Hanky 10k and the Kielder Run Bike Run events.

During the weekend the Young Leaders Team were deployed in a series of different volunteering roles, which included;

  • Course Marshalls
  • Water Station Attendants
  • Start/Finish Assistants
  • Chip Return Point
  • Bus Supervisors (not Rob Sloane's bus!)
  • Participant Goody Bag Supervisors

The Young Leaders Team also spent the evening at Hawkhirst Adventure Camp where Senior Leader Stacey Latty delivered a fun filled evening of entertainment.
