FreshTies is a not-for-profit organisation that is based on people helping people, it has many aims and objectives: helping individuals, supporting non-profit organisations, encouraging community involvement and inspiring women's choices.

FreshTies is giving local sports women and women's clubs / teams / associations the chance to promote their news in the newspaper or on the website to encourage female participation.
