North East Sports Awards 2009
It’s that time of year again and Sport England are looking for nominations for individuals, groups or organisations to be considered as part of the BBC North East Sports Awards 2009.
There are 8 different categories of awards available, 6 of which can be nominated for by completing the following form;

As part of the 2009 Sports Personality of the Year event, the BBC will once again be looking for a very special person working in sport.
Do you know someone who helps others take part in sport within your community?
Someone who goes that extra mile to make a difference to sport?
