SunWalk Volunteers
The SunWalk Newcastle 2010 are looking for all sorts of people to do many different jobs on Sunday 18th July 2010.
Being a volunteer it a totally different experience to walking but the event could not take place without this wonderful team. Every volunteers gets a t-shirt, cap and full details of their job.
The types of jobs that they have at the SunWalk are:
- Route Marshals (directional duties)
- Route Water Station Marshals (giving out water)
- Cyclists
- Official Vehicle Drivers (must be over 25 years old)
- Site information Marshals (at the Helpdesk)
- Finish Line Marshals (giving out medals, water & fruit)
- Recycling & Clean Team (making sure that the site is kept clean & tidy)
- Route Control Marshals (working in the Control office with me!)
